64ARCS is a small software studio in India.
It helps traditionally run businesses put software and AI to use in everyday work, starting with the people, processes and tools already in place. It also builds products of its own.
The studio has built one business system and two products of its own.
Each is listed here with its status on 25 September 2026.
A business system for a parts distributor
The field app brings stock, dues and orders onto staff phones. It can turn a spoken or photographed order into items for someone to check, while the existing ERP continues to price and bill orders. The case study describes the system and its limits.
A rebuild of the branch ERP runs on one terminal and has read one branch’s real books, read-only, since 28 August 2026. It has never written a real branch’s books.
64Griddle, a prompt checker
It reads a prompt in the browser and suggests edits before the prompt goes to an AI agent. It uses local rules, not a model. The prompt is never uploaded. The browser pilot is at version 0.5.3, its guidance was reviewed on 8 September 2026, and the checks have not been evaluated for whether they improve an agent’s answers.
PathWay AI, a practice space for school assignments
A teacher sets the help allowed on each assignment, and the student works within it. Replies are fixed and practice questions are written in advance; no AI model is connected for replies. Its written practice questions went live on 24 September 2026. It keeps work in the browser by default and has no school accounts, so it is not ready for a school to use.
Each product has a panel on the Products page saying where its pilot stops.
How the work is done
The five phases of an engagement are set out on How It Works.
Changes fit the way the team works.
The starting point is watching the team work, including the paper, calls and spreadsheets that help them get things done. Changes should preserve the knowledge and relationships the business depends on.
Decisions are explained in plain words.
A decision is treated as unfinished until it can be put in words the owner would repeat to their own team.
What already works is kept.
A useful spreadsheet or an established system can stay. AI needs a specific job and a benefit that outweighs the work of checking and maintaining it.
Try each change alongside the current process.
Staff try the change during ordinary work before relying on it. Keep a familiar way to finish the task while checking whether the new steps save effort.
Where the name comes from
The 64 refers to 64-bit computing and also has a personal meaning for the founder. An arc is a structure that carries weight while leaving an opening beneath it.
The studio is based in India and builds for businesses wherever they operate.
The businesses it builds for are mid-sized. They have outgrown disconnected software and coordination by phone and spreadsheet, and they do not want to build a large technology department of their own. A generic product usually covers most of what such a business does, and the rest is done by hand.
