Make the work your team repeats easier.

For a business running on paper, calls and established software, the useful starting point is one task that could be easier. That may call for a connection, a simpler screen or AI that reads and summarises. The examples below show tasks already supported by customer software. PathWay AI and 64Griddle have their own Products page.

Start with the task that takes the effort.

The examples marked Built are from customer software in daily use since July 2026. They are starting points for a conversation about your work, rather than a package every business needs. Choose the part that would remove a repeated step.

Start with

Keep track of follow-ups

Bring the next action and its supporting record together so staff can follow up without assembling a separate list.

Built See outstanding amounts and promised payments on a phone.

Built Save payment details with a photograph of the proof.

Take an order once

Reduce typing between taking an order and processing it, while keeping the checks that the business relies on.

Built Fill an order from speech or a photograph of a handwritten slip.

Built Open the order in the existing accounting software, where it is priced and checked for duplicates.

Keep working away from a desk

Fit the screen to the place where work happens, including the language people use and the connection available.

Built Use an Android app or installable web app.

Built Queue orders on the phone when the signal drops, then submit them without duplication.

Share the relevant update

Give each person the information they need to act, with access limited to the records they are allowed to see.

Built Let customers see their own dues, bills and orders.

Built Keep payment, order and decision updates in a shared work thread.

Reuse the records already kept

Use a connection where it removes repeated entry. Keep dates and ownership clear when records come from different tools.

Built Read stock records with their source dates visible.

Built Send orders into existing software through a file format it already accepts.

Read and summarise with help

Try AI where varied wording makes reading or typing slow. Check the result and the effort it saves before widening its use.

Built Show a short account brief from a model, with a fixed template as the fallback.

Where AI fits

Fit the way people already work.

Paper slips, phone calls and familiar accounting software can remain part of the job. Choose the handoff that causes repeated work and improve it without asking the whole team to start again.

Use familiar words and screens

Keep the terms staff use for customers, items and payments. Put help where the task happens, and test it with the people who will use it throughout the day.

Keep the accounting responsibilities clear

Agree what information moves into the accounting software and who checks it. Statutory reporting and the accountant’s review remain part of the existing process.

A useful change can start with one task.

An order import or an account summary does not need a complete replacement of the business software. Agree the smallest useful change, its checks and its limits before building it.

Test before extending the work

Try the change alongside the existing process and compare completed tasks. Add another step only when the first one works for the people using it.

A separate rebuild remains a pilot

PSS ONE is an ERP rebuild pilot. Since 28 August 2026, one terminal has read one branch’s real books through read-only access. It has never written a real branch’s books. That separate trial is described on the Work page.

Most of what you have stays.

Keep the software that serves the task well. Agree any replacement separately, with a clear reason and a way to check the result.

The scope follows the work people need to finish, including what they can continue doing with the tools they have.
